Wilma Jean Richards

Wilma Jean Richards, age 83, of Crossville, Tennessee, passed away on March 12, 2022 at St Thomas West in Nashville, Tennessee. Mrs. Richards was born on January 26, 1939, in Crossville, Tennessee, daughter of the late Orville Lee Davis and Lena (Burgess) Davis. Wilma worked as an Office Manager for the Turner-Day Handle Company. She was of the Baptist faith and was an avid quilter. She is survived by her Son - Daniel Glenn Richards (Cassandra Howard); Granddaughter - Emma Jean Richards; Sisters in Law – Mallie Rogers, Barbara Cook, and Maude Richards along with a host of Nieces and Nephews. In addition to her parents, Wilma is preceded in death by her Husband - Glenn Richards and her Brother - Gerald Davis. Funeral Services will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at 11:00 AM with Brother Mike Garrett officiating. Followed by burial at Richards Cemetery in Fentress County. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 18, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bilbrey Funeral Home.
