William "Kenneth" Woody

William “Kenneth” Woody, age 81, of Crossville, Tennessee, passed away on September 12, 2022. Kenneth was born September 26, 1940, in Crossville, Tennessee, son of the late Pose and Edith (Richardson) Woody. He served in the National Guard, was a volunteer Fire Fighter and retired from the Cumberland County School System where he worked in food service and as a bus driver. Kenneth is survived by his son, Mike Woody of Crossville; daughter, Kimberly (Woody) Floyd and husband Eric of Crossville; grandchildren, Brittney Henry, Kayla Henry, and Tiffany Woody; great grandchildren, Madison, Jordan, and Kingsley; brother, Leon Woody and wife Janie; and sister, Lois Woody. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Martha Ledell (Hensley) Woody. Funeral Services will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Friday, September 16, 2022, at 1:00 PM with Bro. Mike Kerley officiating. Burial will follow at Green Acres Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM prior to the service. Pallbearers representing Cumberland County Fire Department.
