Funeral Services for William “Billy” Stuart Taylor, age 57, of Cleveland, TN, who passed away on January 23, 2022 will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Bilbrey Funeral Home with burial to follow at Green Acres Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 PM prior to the funeral. He is survived by his Mother - Lillie Sue Taylor of Crossville, TN. Per family request masks absolutely must be worn.
