Tony Elbert Hancock

Tony Elbert Hancock, age 75, of Crosville, Tennessee, passed away on August 30, 2022, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born on September 28, 1946, in Crossville, Tennessee, son of the late Amon Hancock and Willie Mae (Houston) Hancock. Tony was a Carpenter and Painter. He is survived by his son, Jason; granddaughter, Gracie; brother, Jackie Hancock (Mary); nephew, Dewayne Hancock; niece, Rhonda Hancock and best friend and caregiver Virgie Lotze. In addition to his parents, Tony is preceded in death by his wife, Loeda (Presley) Hancock; brothers, Gordon, Billy, and Edward; sister, Charlotte (Hancock) Myers. A Graveside Service will be held at Linary Cemetery on Thursday, September 1, 2022, at 3:00 PM. David Smith of North Hamilton Church of Christ, Chattanooga, TN will be officiating.
