Roger Frederick Coulther

Roger Frederick Coulther, age 89, of Crossville, TN, passed away on November 29, 2024, at Wyndridge Health and Rehabilitation Center. Roger was born on November 13, 1935, in Newark, NJ, son of the late Harry Roger Coulther and Sarah Louise (Smith) Coulther. Roger and his wife, Judith, were happily married for 66 years. He is survived by his wife, Judith Coulther; sons, Roger Coulther, Richard Coulther, Randall Coulther; 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; and sister, Patricia Desprez. In addition to his parents, Roger is preceded in death by his sister, Karen Langan. He was a “people” person and his wittiness will be missed by all. Roger could make people smile and laugh with his extraordinary gift of storytelling. He loved photography and golf and reading. Roger served our country in the United States Army and was the owner of an electrical supply company. He was a member of Tansi Community Church and a past member of Lk. Tansi Exchange Club. Roger was also Fire Chief of Rockaway Borough Fire Dept. in Rockaway, NJ. No services are scheduled at this time. Celebration of Life to be announced at a later date.
