Graveside Services were held at Slate Springs Cemetery on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 for Rickie Allan Flowers, age 60, of Crossville, Tennessee, who passed away at his home on Monday, April 17, 2023. Mr. Flowers was born on February 24, 1963, in Indianapolis, Indiana, son of the late David Couch and Emmie Elmer Couch. Rickie worked as a maintenance supervisor and was of the Baptist faith.
