Richard Bradley "Brad" Kellum

December 31, 1972 — November 15, 2024

Richard Bradley “Brad” Kellum, 51, passed away on November 15, 2024, after a 3-year long battle with cancer. Brad was born on December 31, 1972, to Marsha Kay (Kellum) Minter in Birmingham, Alabama. Brad was a current resident of Crossville, Tennessee but was born and raised in Alabama and is where he spent all his life. He loved Alabama Football, Dale Earnhardt racing and Lynard Skynard. Brad lived simply and loved a good joke. He loved to laugh. He loved his family. He loved God. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Brad is survived by his daughters, Kaylee Knowles (Stephen) and Conchetta Kellum and his 2 grandchildren, Emileigh and Elijah. Brad also leaves behind his loving mother, Kay (Mark Beal), and sister, Angela Harris Oglesby. Brad was the proud uncle to his niece, Khloe McCullar who will always remember him with great love. He was preceded in death by his father, Rickey Bush and grandparents, GW and Betty Kellum, whose memory Brad cherished and honored throughout his life. Brad's family would like to extend their gratitude to Bilbrey Funeral Home and Cremation Service for their assistance and care during this difficult time. In remembrance of Brad's life, may we all continue to share kindness, compassion and empathy echoing the loving spirit he shared with everyone he met. A celebration of Brad’s life will be held in Woodstock, Alabama to be announced at a later time where friends and family can gather to share stories and honor a man who touched many hearts.
