Rein Maavere

Rein Maavere, age 89, of Crossville, TN, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022, at Parkwest Medical Center. He was born on March 13, 1933, in Estonia, son of the late Mart Maavere and Tiiu Maavere Chakkar. Rein practiced Dentistry in Syracuse, NY for nearly 45 years prior to retiring to Crossville. Rein was an active member of the John Birch Society since the late 1960s. He attended and was active with Central Baptist Church. He is survived by his son, Rein Andrew Maavere (Karen); daughter, Tiiu Maavere; and grandchildren, Madison and Grace Maavere. In addition to his parents, Rein is preceded in death by his first wife, Lillian Maavere and his second wife, Eleanor Maavere. Funeral Services will be held at Central Baptist Church on Monday, October 10, 2022, at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at Green Acres Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Sunday, October 9, 2022, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Arrangements and Care provided by Bilbrey Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
