Rebecca Jean Crute

Rebecca J. Crute was born in Kissimmee, Florida, on August 24th, 1944, and went to be with her Savior on May 18th, 2024 in Crossville, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Frances Nichols; first husband, Charles F Wolters; brother, John D Nichols; grandson, Trey Wright; and other loved ones. She is survived by her husband, Ray Crute; daughters, Dawn (Mark) Ashburn and Cheryl (Brian) Stedam; sister, Vicki (George) Nosser; grandchildren, Adam (Lyndsey) Hollis, Rebecca (Ben) Sapp, Nick (Carly) Sturgill, Courtney (Austin) Rector, Schyler (Jess) Wright; Special nephews, Jay and Justin Nosser and their families; 5 great grandchildren and so many others whose lives she touched. She was a caring and compassionate registered nurse for 44 years. She was adventurous, intelligent and the rock solid foundation of her family. She was a devout Christian with an abundantly strong faith. She will forever be loved and missed. Memorial Service will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 7:00 PM. Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 PM prior to the service.
