Oliver Blaylock

Oliver Blaylock, age 91, of Crossville, Tennessee, passed away at his home on October 14, 2022. Mr. Blaylock was born on February 16, 1931, in Crossville, TN, son of the late Issac Blaylock and Mary (Hyder) Blaylock. Oliver served in the United States Navy. In addition, He worked in maintenance and enjoyed farming. He was a Mason for over 50 years and of the Presbyterian faith. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Mable (Henry) Blaylock; sons, Garry Blaylock (Deborah), Larry Blaylock (Linda), and Darryl Blaylock (Penny); daughter, Dianne Hood (Donnie); grandchildren, Jessie Blaylock, Jordan Dillon (Josh), and Corey Maxey (Clayton) and 4 great grandchildren; sister, Ollie Sherrill. In addition to his parents, Oliver is preceded in death by his brothers, Porter Blaylock and Garland Blaylock; sister, Frances Roysdon. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 in the Chapel at Bilbrey Funeral Home at 1:00 PM with Bro. Steve Brown officiating with burial to follow at Big Lick Cemetery.
