Mildred Lucille Winningham

Mildred Lucille Winningham, age 89, of Crossville, TN, passed away on December 3, 2022 at Cumberland House. Mrs. Winningham was born on Tuesday, October 24, 1933, in Crossville, Tennessee, daughter of the late Warden Barnwell and Zella (Pugh) Barnwell. Mildred worked at Flowers Bakery and attended Crab Orchard Christian Church. Mildred is survived by her son, Roy G. Winningham; daughter, Twila Winningham Norris; 5 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren; sister, Eloise Holley. She will be missed by lots and lots of family and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Lester Winningham; daughter, Helene Tollett; sisters, Agnes Oakes, Ruby Oakes, and Opal Arthur; brother, Everett Barnwell. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 in the Chapel at Bilbrey Funeral Home at 1:00 PM, followed by burial at Green Acres Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday, December 5, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bilbrey Funeral Home.
