Marilyn Sue Cash

Marilyn Sue Cash, age 72, of Simpsonville, SC, passed away on October 2, 2024, at NHC HealthCare in Laurens, SC. Marilyn was born on November 24, 1951, in Mullens, WV, daughter of Gilbert Cash and Sally (Rhodes) Cash. Marilyn's mother was always by her side and cared for her for 72 years. She was disabled and has always held a special place in her family's hearts. Marilyn and her mother were admitted to a health care facility over the summer. They both shared the same room, so they were able to be close until the very end. Marilyn passed away peacefully with her mother and sister by her side. She is survived by mother, Sally Cash; and siblings, Marti Headley (Brian), Linda Strang (David), David Cash (Vivian) and Larry Cash. Marilyn is preceded in death by her father, Gilbert Cash. A Graveside Service will be held at Green Acres Memory Gardens on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 10:00 AM. Arrangements and Care provided by Bilbrey Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
