Luther Bernard Hall

January 11, 1931 — February 7, 2022

Bernard Hall, loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle peacefully took his last breath Monday, February 7, 2022, surrounded by his family. Bernard is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Ethel Hall; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Robert and Ruth Fenwick; his six sisters, Irene, Bea, Bonnie, Mary, June and Bernadine; his four brothers, Warren, Tommy, George and Bobby; his Brother-in-law, George Fenwick; and his sister-in-law, Myra Fenwick. He is survived by his adoring wife of 70 years, Sue Hall and his four children; Debra (Don Ferguson), Brett (Pat Hall), Karen (George Smith) and Cathy (Lou Gallo); 13 grandchildren; Mark (Kerry Ferguson), Lara Diaz, Christopher Ferguson (Ashlee), Paige (Jeff Mulvihill), Amy Lovin, Glenn (Valerie Hall), Bradley (Cari Hall), Jonathan Kerley (Amanda), Michael Kerley, Stacy (Casey Bond), Lorin (Edward Dannelly), Dylan (Emily Baylosis), Carolyn Baylosis; his brother-in-law, Bob (Phyllis Fenwick); and 17 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Hall worked as an electrician for the GM&O and L&N railroads for 37 Years. He also served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was active in his church choir and served as a deacon at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in both Jackson, TN, and Nashville TN. Mr. Hall was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Crossville, TN. Mr. Hall was a kind and faithful friend who always helped those in need. He enjoyed traveling with his wife and loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. Bernard Hall lived a long, full and good life. His life was a blessing to all of his family and anyone who knew him. He was the rock for his family, and he will be greatly missed by all. The family will celebrate Mr. Hall's life with a private service officiated by Rev. Don Ferguson.
