Larry Dean Cottrell

Larry Dean Cottrell, age 72, of Crossville, TN, passed away on August 29, 2023, at Cumberland Medical Center. Mr. Cottrell was born on September 16, 1950, in Crossville, Tennessee, son of Alvin Cottrell and Wilda (Ellis) Cottrell. Larry was a self-employed painter and he attended Cumberland Fellowship Church. He is survived by his daughters, Kristy Cottrell Meadows (Josh) and Sherry Cottrell Phillips (Curt); son, Jeffrey Bolin (Brittany); grandchildren, Blake Phillips, Kiara Phillips, Dylan Phillips, and Wesley Meadows; mother, Wilda (Ellis) Cottrell Scott; brothers, Allen Cottrell (Chandra) and Paul Cottrell (Delta); sisters, Sandy Erickson (Charlie) and Shirley Epperson (Jon); and former wife, Tempie Cottrell. Larry is preceded in death by his father, Alvin Cottrell. Funeral services will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home and Cremation Service on Friday, September 1, 2023, at 10:00 AM with burial to follow at Crossville City Cemetery.
