Katherine Elaine Fowler

Katherine Elaine Fowler, age 43, of Crossville, Tennessee, passed away on March 10, 2024, at Cumberland Medical Center. Mrs. Fowler was born on April 8, 1980, in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, daughter of Charles Phillips and Kathy Butler. Katherine worked as a Health Care Case Worker. She is survived by her husband, Phillip Fowler; children, Benton Fowler, William Fowler, and Emily Fowler; mother, Kathy Butler; father, Charles Phillips; grandparents, Dottie and Ernest Crabtree; aunts; Esther Abbott and Priscilla Porter. Katherine is preceded in death by her parents, Grover and Elva Hicks. A Memorial Service will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Friday, March 15, 2024, at 11:00 AM officiated by Pastor Jerry Payne.
