Funeral Services for Joyce S. Norrod, age 86, of Crossville, TN, who passed away on September 8, 2021 will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel at Bilbrey Funeral Home with burial to follow at Crossville City Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. Survivors: Daughter - Carol Ingram (Greg); Sons - Joel Norrod (Rhonda) and Tim Norrod (Kim); Grandchildren- Lindsey, Emma, Andy, and Noah; Great Grandchildren - Regan, Nora, Evangeline, Eli, and Callan; Sisters - Bernese Goodman and Dorothy Savage; Brothers - Paul Smith and Gene Smith. Memorials: Children's Department of the Crossville First Church of the Nazarene. MASKS ARE REQUIRED.
