Joyce Carol Brooks

Joyce Carol Brooks, age 78, of Crossville, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, November 12, 2021 at Cumberland Medical Center. Mrs. Brooks was born on July 12, 1943, in Charleston, WV, daughter of Owen Haynes and Margaret (Withrow) Haynes. She was self-employed in the Health and Body industry and of the Pentecostal Faith. Joyce is survived by her Children – Eric Stanley Lindsey; Pamela Carol Sanders and husband James; and Rodney Wayne Lindsey and wife Tracy; many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren; Sisters -Barbara Pringle and husband Chris; and Mary Hypes; Brother -Robert Haynes and wife Vicki. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her Husband- Raymond Vaughn Brooks and Son - Craig Everett Lindsey. Funeral Services were held on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at 2:00 PM at the Chapel at Bilbrey Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Chesson officiating. Burial at Crossville City Cemetery.
