Jerry Wayne King, a lifelong resident of Crossville, TN, passed away on Sunday, January 5th, 2025, at the age of 61. Born on August 23rd, 1963, in Crossville, Jerry embraced his roots and made a lasting impact on his community.
Jerry was a skilled auto mechanic whose passion for automobiles was only surpassed by his love for his family.
He is remembered by his children, Crystal Freytag (Johnny) and Jerry King (Brittany). Jerry was a proud grandfather to Emily, Justin, Cassandra, and Randy, who brought immense joy and pride into his life.
Jerry is also survived by his sisters, Patsy Mackie and Missy Smith (Gary), who shared countless cherished memories with him throughout his life. He was an uncle to Keisha Foster, Katie Mackie, as well as Tristian Foster (Chelsea), and great-uncle to Dani Foster, Wrenley Mackie, and Killian Foster.
He now joins his parents, Claude Lee King and Shirley Ann King, in eternal rest.
Friends and family are invited to gather and celebrate Jerry's life at a visitation held at Bilbrey Funeral Home in Crossville, TN, on Friday, January 10th, 2025, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm, also at Bilbrey Funeral Home, where we will honor Jerry's life.
