James Leon Mcnutt

James Leon McNutt, age 87, of Crossville, TN, passed away on January 24, 2022, at Uplands Village. He was born on March 28, 1934, in Battle Creek, Michigan, son of the late Byrle McNutt and Margaret McNutt. James was a member of the Fairfield Glade Community Church. Jim worked for Grand Truck Railroad for 35 years as a General Manager of Transportation. He loved the game of golf, playing on an 18 Hole League and a Tuesday League in Fairfield Glade. He also enjoyed his music, directing choirs in Michigan and the Fairfield Glade community for 10 years. He is survived by his Wife - Beverly McNutt; Daughter - Deborah Mond of IL; Son - James L. McNutt, Jr. of MI; Grandchildren - James Rex McNutt, Patrick McNutt, Allison Scanlon; Great-Grandchildren - Evan, Eli, Annabelle, Jamson; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by his sisters- Margaret Kellams and Leonor Hite. Services will be announced at a later time
