James Edgar "Ed" Allen Lee

James Edgar "Ed" Allen Lee, age 72, of Monterey, Tennessee, passed away on August 24, 2022, at his home. He was born on March 9, 1950, in Crab Orchard, Tennessee, son of the late Joseph Frank Lee and Rosella (Smith) Lee. Ed was a Truck Driver and of the Baptist Faith. He is survived by his daughters, Jessica Butterfield (Aaron) and Lori Green (Chris); son, Jason Lee (Abby Blaylock); grandchildren, Josh Green, Casey Green, Madyson Bain, Mercedes Norris, Alexis Dixon, Nicholas Butterfield, and Nathan Butterfield; brother, Larry Lee (Rhonda); sisters, Barbara Cravens (Gene) and Linda Houston (Richard); girlfriend, Sandra Futrell; and great grandchildren – Liam Green, Kade Green, Ezra Green, Charlotte Green, Asher Green, Roman Bain, Ace Norris, and Archer Norris. In addition to his parents, Ed is preceded in death by his brothers, Lonnie Dale Lee, Paul "JR" Lee, Billy Everett Lee, Bobby Joe Lee, and Leslie Lynn Lee; sister, Mary Ellen Kirkland; and niece, Kim Dill. Funeral Services were held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at 3:00 PM. Burial followed at Haley’s Grove Cemetery. Family received friends on Friday, August 26, 2022, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Arrangements and Care provided by Bilbrey Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
