James "Jimmy" Leon Haney

James Leon Haney (Jimmy), age 68, was born September 9, 1953, and passed away December 10, 2021. He was the son of Carlos and Ocia Haney of Crab Orchard, TN. He worked for 48 years at Wyndridge Health and Rehab as a CNA. He was loved by his residents and co-workers. Survivors include his loving wife of 34-1/2 years, Shirley; special mother-in-law, Ellen Cox; brother-in-law, Jeff Cox (Vera) and Tay; and special nephew, Colby Cox; sisters, Faye Elmore (Gene) and Willie Mae Davis; brother, George Haney (Marlene); and a host of nieces and nephews. He is proceeded in death by his parents, Carlos and Ocia Haney; brother, Clarance Haney; father-in-law, Joe Oliver Cox; and sister, Alma Davis. Jimmy will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him especially his loving wife. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at 10:00 AM at Bilbrey Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Haley’s Grove Cemetery.
