Hughel Albert Campbell

Hughel Albert Campbell, age 82, of Crossville, TN, passed away in his home surrounded by his wife and children on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. He was born April 12, 1941, to the late, Edgar and Carrie (Hyder) Campbell. Hughel was a member of Grace Community Church. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Joann (Tabor) Campbell of Crossville, TN; Children- Joel Griswold and wife Laura of Louisville, TN, Karen Griswold of Crossville, TN, Shire Smith and husband Carl of Crossville, TN and Teresa Campbell Breeding and husband Roger of Crossville, TN; grandchildren- Cheryl Thompson, Bo Smith, Justin Griswold, Jessica Clark, Caylin Brown, Rio Breeding and Brianna Breeding; Great-grandchildren- Piper Thompson, Parker Smith, Tucker Brown and Anna Grace Clark; Brother- Stanley Campbell; and Sisters Louise Wyatt, Karen Gardner and Sharon Moseley. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Jimmy Griswold and his brother, J.D. Campbell. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM -12:00 PM on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at Bilbrey Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 PM with Pastor Dennis Daniels officiating. Burial to follow at Green Acres Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Parkinson’s Research.
