Hobie Patrick

Hobert “Hobie” Patrick, age 90, of Fairfield Glade, Tennessee, passed away on December 23 , 2022 at University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville.

Mr. Patrick was born on April 20 , 1932, in Salyersville, Kentucky, son of the late Leslie Patrick and Elizabeth Lou (Howes) Patrick.

Hobie retired with 33 years of employment with Modine's of Laporte Indiana. After retirement he worked 11 years as a trail guide with Wildwood Stables.

Hobie was a long time member and Deacon of Fellowship Baptist Church and was also an avid outdoorsman that loved to spend time with his family.

He is survived by wife of 55 years, Sue (White) Patrick; children, Debora King (Jim), Diana Fisher, William Glen Webster, Tammy Behrendt (Craig),  Pam Lindemann (Robert), Lisa Eubanks (John), and Jeffery Patrick (Melissa); grandchildren, Dennis Pingel, Martha Green, Joshua Manns, Jeremy Manns, Joey Manns, Seth Palm, Amanda Yingling, Nichole Yingling, Todd Yingling, Braydon Patrick, Ambree Patrick, Blaine Pennington, and Colby Pennington; 21 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and sister, Betty Ross.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Mabel Salyers, Joy Allen, Hazel Midlam, Emma Manns, Harold Patrick, and Mike Patrick.

Funeral Services will be held in the Chapel at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Friday, December 30 , 2022 at 2:00 PM.  The family will receive friends on Friday, December 30 , 2022 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service.
