Herman A. Pelfrey

Herman A. Pelfrey, age 70, of Crossville, TN, passed away on March 28, 2023 at Cumberland Medical Center.

He was born on January 15, 1953, in Crab Orchard, TN, son of the late Sherman Otto Pelfrey and Mildred Clara (Amonett) Pelfrey.

Herman was an automotive mechanic and of the Baptist Faith.

He is survived by his wife, Connie Ann Pelfrey; children, Herman Pelfrey (Vicki), Sherman Pelfrey (Jenny), Sharman Anderson (James), Allen Kemmer, and Beth Head; grandchildren, Sabrena, Audrey, Courtney, Devon, Sherman, Kayla, Ellie, Holton, and Hailey Bug; 10 great grandchildren; and siblings, Jenny Edwards, Elizabeth Dick, Carolyn Valentine, and Billy Easterly.

In addition to his parents, Herman is preceded in death by his brothers, Pete Pelfrey, Billy Pelfrey, and Buddy Pelfrey; and sisters, Nelly Sherrill, Hazel Norman, and Delorse Pelfrey.

Funeral Services will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Monday, April 3, 2023, at 3:00 PM. Burial to follow at Haley's Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 1:00 to 3:00 PM prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Bilbrey Funeral Home to help cover funeral expenses.
