Dorothy Marie Tabor

Dorothy Marie Tabor, age 85, of Cookeville, Tennessee, passed away on February 16, 2023, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born on May 15, 1937, in Shelbyville, Tennessee, daughter of the late Jesse Sevier Holden and Etta Mae (Smotherman) Holden. Dorothy was the owner of a Beauty Salon and a member of Church of God of Prophecy. She is survived by her daughters, Anne Tabor and Karen Hooper; grandson, Jared Hooper; granddaughter, Kelly Schallmo (Matthew); great grandchildren, Reagan Schallmo and Gracelyn Schallmo; sister, Joy Quinton; and brother, James Holden. In addition to her parents, Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband, Nolan Perry Tabor. Graveside services will be held at Green Acres Memory Gardens on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at 1:00 PM.
