Delano Thompson

Delano Thompson, age 84, of Crossville, TN, passed away at his home on August 1, 2022. Mr. Thompson was born on October 20, 1937, in Crab Orchard, TN, son of the late Wilburn Thompson and Hettie (Hill) Thompson. He worked in stone sales and was a Deacon at the Church of God of Prophecy. Delano is survived by his wife, Carolyn Thompson; son, Gary Thompson (Barbara); daughter, Rachel Davenport (Terry); grandchildren, Dusty, Justin, Brandi, Cassie, and Tiffany; 6 great grandchildren; and brother, Denver Thompson. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Randy Thompson; 5 brothers and 4 sisters. Graveside Services will be held at Haley's Grove Cemetery on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at 1:00 PM with Brother Luther Massingale and Brother Terry Swaw officiating.
