David Donald Lee

David Donald Lee, age 74, of Crossville, Tennessee, passed away on April 18, 2023, at Cumberland Medical Center.

He was born on March 16, 1949, in Crossville, Tennessee, son of the late Jesse S. Lee and Mary (Barnwell) Lee.

David was a factory worker at Crossville Rubber and a member of Slate Springs Baptist Church. He loved fishing, westerns, chocolate covered cherries, peanut butter balls, fudge, cookies, fried apple pies, and coconut cake.

He is survived by his daughter, Holly Neely and son-in-law Samuel Neely; son, David B. Lee; granddaughter, Madison Lee; sisters, Romelda Underwood, Grace Underwood and Faye Bice; sister-in-law Edra Husdon Lee. He was loved by many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by his wife Mary (Looper) Lee; sisters, Ruth Ann McDonald, Marjorie Etheleen Norris, and Stella Alma Hodgin; brothers, James Moses Lee and Lloyd Eugene Lee.

Memorial Service will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at 3:00 PM. Family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 PM prior to the service.
