Cynthia "Cindy" A. Richards

Cynthia “Cindy” A. Richards, age 56, of Crossville, TN, passed away on June 30, 2023, at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville. Ms. Richards was born on April 13, 1967, in Livingston, TN, daughter of Jerry Richards and Frances (Sherfield) Richards. Cindy worked as a Seamstress and was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her son, James Ray Davenport, Jr. and wife Katie; daughter, April Davenport; 10 grandchildren: mother, Frances Richards; brother, J.T. Richards; niece, Emily Nichols; and nephew, Travis Richards. She is preceded in death by her father, Jerry Richards; grandson, Ezekial Mowen; both Paternal and Maternal grandparents. Funeral Services will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at 1:00 PM with burial to follow at Lantana Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM prior to the service.
