Funeral Services for Clarence William Tate, age 87, of Crossville, Tennessee, will be held at Bilbrey Funeral Home and Cremation Service on Sunday, September 3, 2023, at 1:00 PM with burial to follow at Green Acres Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends at Bilbrey Funeral Home and Cremation Service on Saturday, September 2, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and prior to the service on Sunday, September 3, 2023, from 12:00 to 1:00 PM. Survivors: wife of 47 years, Betsy (Hopper) Tate; daughters, Teresa Tate and Nova McNeal; son, William Shayne Tate (Betty Sue); stepdaughter, Patti Sermones (Frank); stepson, Bobby Smith (Pam); close friend, John Meyerhoffer; grandchildren, Brittnie Ostrum, Tyler Smith, Archie Tate, Franklin Semones, Nichole Duncan, Natasha Semones, Steven McNeal, and James William Cope; great grandchildren, Charlie Reece Duncan, Waverly Taylor Blake McNeal, Waylynn Harper McNeal, Mila Ostrum, and Easton Ostrum; and sister, Gwendolyn Lewis.
