Charlotte Annie Penix Goodin

Charlotte Annie Penix Goodin, age 81, of Crossville, Tennessee, passed away on April 19, 2023 at Dominion Senior Living. She was born on June 25, 1941, in Beckly, West Virginia, daughter of the late Clarence Whisman and Alice Faye (Williams) Whisman. Charlotte was a teller at a bank and of the Christian Faith. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Rufus Penix; second husband, Erin Goodin; brother, Bob Whisman; and sister-in-law, Nancy Whisman.
