Funeral Services for Charles William Cooper, age 83, of Crossville, TN, who passed away on September 11, 2021, will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel at Bilbrey Funeral Home with burial to follow at Crossville City Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Tuesday night, September 14, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. At Bilbrey Funeral Home. Survivors: Son- Charles Cooper Jr (Ester); Daughters - Rosa Harris (Bill) and Charlene Shulley (Lonnie); Son- Allen Cooper; nine Grandchildren; nineteen Great Grandchildren; Brothers- Allen Ray Cooper and Richard Cooper; Sisters- Susie Barnes, Anna Cooper, Betty Stamps, Brenda Wethington, Gail Wethington, Joyce Fultz, Jeanette Beaty, Robbie Whiteman; Step Brothers - Timmy Walker and Micky Walker.
