Billy Ray Rollins

Billy Ray Rollins, age 32, of Crossville, TN, passed away on November 4, 2022, at Cumberland Medical Center. He was born on January 13, 1990, in Crossville, TN, son of Michael Ray Rollins and Pamela Copley. Billy was a Carpenter and of the Baptist Faith. He is survived by his mother, Pamela Copley; father, Michael Ray Rollins; sisters, Elicia Rollins and Loray Rollins; brother, Michael Rollins, Jr.; girlfriend, Christina Liska; and nephew and niece and Alisiah Pilcher and Layla Pilcher. Billy is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Arthur and Lovey Smith; paternal grandmother, Carol Dodson; uncle, Roy Smith; and cousin, Shiloh Elmore. Graveside Services will be held at Crossville City Cemetery Monday, November 21, 2022, at 1:00 PM with Pastor John Qualmann.
