Becky Ann Johnson

Becky Ann Johnson, age 83, of Crossville, TN, passed away on May 6, 2024, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. Mrs. Johnson was born on December 26, 1940, in Ashland, Ohio, daughter of the late Ralph Reed and Arlene (Wallace) Reed. She is survived by her devoted husband of 63 years, Donald William Johnson; son, Michael (Tootie) Johnson; daughters, Karen (Craig) Lampert and Kathy (Rod) Richards; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a brother, Jerry Reed. After raising three children, Becky received her associate degree in Accounting from Nashville State Community College. She worked for several years in accounting and finance before retirement. Becky was an avid and talented quilter. She won many blue ribbons from her entries to the Cumberland County Fair. Her favorite quilts to make were those she lovingly made for her children and grandchildren and those she generously donated to charitable organizations through her involvement with the Fairfield Glade Quilters Guild. She was a strong beautiful mother and wife, who was known for putting others before herself, and her generous heart, she will be greatly missed. Becky is preceded in death by both of her parents.
