Anne Boatman Turbett

Anne Boatman Turbett, age 80, of Crossville, TN, passed away on November 20, 2021 at Cumberland Medical Center. Mrs. Turbett was born on August 13, 1941, in Crossville, TN, daughter of Thomas Byrd Boatman and Beulah Gusta Boatman. Anne sang at her church and sang her entire life bringing love, joy, and Jesus to everyone she met. Her songs and teaching led many young people to be Christians and Teachers. She was a wonderful Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Written by one of her loving Granddaughters: Granma Anne has ears that really listen, arms that hug and hold, love that is never ending, and a heart that is made of gold. She is survived by her Husband of 31 years – Eric Turbett; Son – Rick Heuser; Daughter – Chari Heuser; Sisters – Sue Brown and Mary Vandever; Stepsons – William Turbett and Dave Turbett: Stepdaughter – Rita Davis. In addition to her Parents, Anne is preceded in death by her Granddaughter – Bailey Heuser; Sisters – Maxine Martin and Cleta Steele; Brother – Carl Boatman. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel at Bilbrey Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:00 PM prior to the service.
